OSRAM Excimer lamp (Peak wavelength: 172 nm)
OSRAM Excimer lamp (Peak wavelength: 172 nm)

Wavelength from 10 to 400 nm are known as ultra violet; these electromagnetic wave is shorter than visible light and longer than X-ray.

The category of wavelength is:
Near Ultra Violet @@@@@@@F@200 to 380nm
Vacuum Ultra Violet @@@@@F@10 to 200nm
Extreme Ultra Violet@@@@@F@1 to 10nm

*From human health perspective, there are UVA (315 to 400nm), UVB (280 to 315nm), and UVC (below 280 nm) for additional division.

Applications: Analytical instruments for bio, water treatment instruments, surface-treated instruments, cleaning instruments, environmental sanitation instruments, UV curing instruments, and photochemical reaction instruments.

Our products are a VUV deuterium lamp which covers vacuum ultra violet area, a low-pressure mercury lamp which cover mercury bright line spectrum, and a hollow cathode lamp which use for atomic absorption instruments.

Visible light is electromagnetic wave which human eye can see it. It is from 380 nm to 780nm

Normally, visible light is mixture many kinds of visible wavelength of the light. In this case, our eye recognizes it as white. We can separate each different wavelength of light for using prism, so we are able to see each wavelength as each different color.

From short wavelength of visible light, these are blue-violet, violet, blue-green, green, yellow-green, yellow, yellow-red, and red. Typically, visible light is seven colors such as rainbow, but it is continuous of change. We call this for spectrum.

Applications: colorimeter, color comparison meter, microscopy, endoscopy, laboratory test instrument.

Our products of visible light are halogen lamps, metal halide, and Xenon lamps for analytical and clinical instruments.

BHK MAXIR Infrared lamp (Wavelength range: 1-6 ƒΚm)
BHK MAXIR Infrared lamp (Wavelength range: 1-6 ƒΚm)

Wavelength from 0.7ƒΚm to 100ƒΚm is known as an infrared. This electromagnetic wave is longer than wavelength of visible light.

The category of wavelengths is below:

@ Near Infrared: 0.7ƒΚm to 2.5ƒΚm
@ Middle Infrared: 2.5ƒΚm to 25ƒΚm
@ Far Infrared: 25ƒΚm to 100ƒΚm

Infrared is able to divide two main applications

1.Spectro-application
@@Example of application is a spectrometer which measures transmission or reflection.
2.Thermal application
@@Example of application is thermograph and infrared heater as heat radiation.

Our products are the best suited infrared spectro-application and we also have infrared light sources which is similar spectra of black body.

These light sources apply to NDIR measurement, which use a high frequency pulse. It is good application for Carbon Oxide (CO2) and Volatilization Organic Compound (VOC) measurement.
